By filling out this form, I hereby grant permission to Mālama Village to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs or video recordings taken of me for nonprofit purposes, including but not limited to marketing, publicity, social media, educational materials, and other media, without compensation. I understand that these materials may be used in print, digital, or electronic formats and release Mālama Village from any claims related to the use of such images.
